Mandarin

But first, a quick update on life -

  Finally got to sleep in after such a long time. Wanted to take a nap after work yesterday , and guess what? It didn't happen cuz my sis lost her wedding ring. Tragic isn't it? 
   I swear it was so darn scary cuz she was tearing up ._. She said she might've lost it in a shopping mall, without further ado I rushed upstairs like a ninja and changed while chanting a somewhat mantra :"a sad sister is not a good sign. a tearing up sister is bad. " Don't know where the "mantra" came from but yeah, lol.   So after searching for it all over the house and shopping mall like a mad man. We finally .. gave up. lol. Good news?  her friend found it. (thank god now I can finally sleep T^T)
    Ughh.. Hell I swear I am gonna put a padlock and chain on my future wedding ring just to save all the trouble -_-


Moving on... the title--  CHINESE Mandarin.
I didn't realize how much I missed reading mandarin words until lately. weird huh? Sure I complain about it being a god darned hard subject all the time (but it is ._.)  But truth to be told, it is honestly a beautiful language . Just the fact that mat salleh's put it in a way that says that :"how it is written has nothing to do at all with how it sounds ." just make it so.. sacred. 

  Sure it took 6 years for us to learn word by word but there's no other language like it . Proud of being chinese? maybe. Proud of the chinese art and culture? definitely.

 fun fact: did you know you can forget how to write mandarin words even if you remember how to read it? yep. true story. 

Outing with them colleagues :)

  After work we decided to go Sunway for movie :D Of course anyone with a sane mind wouldn't wear an old town uniform for their outing so we changed. MUAHAHAHA ((no more kai syn the waitress but kai syn the *i'm-goin-out-if-you-stop-me-i'm-gonna-bitch-talk-you* )

  lol, so.. before the movie we had like an hour plus to spare...
So.. We went shopping x)
  Hahaha, first time shopping with a guy, strangely it was fun *and yes somewhat awkward at first*(Yang sern was beside me when I was picking out a skirt ._. , but haha, he gave great suggestions :D) . He has something I don't -- fashion sense. So thanks a bunch dude ! :D Not to mention awesome Carrie who somehow can spot sales or cheap stuff at a glance. (This is what you call SKILLS  man!) So yep, for someone who shops once in a blue moon, I can't believe I managed to buy clothes D: like OMG SIA. HAHAHA.

oKAY , nuf with the girl talk. 

CAPTAIN AMERICA. (the movie, duh :P) WAS AWESOME.
Major reason? (on my perpective laa)
Chris evans *fan girls squels-drools-faints*
Of course the plot was like equally awesome (it's marvel, whuddoya expect?)

What's funny?
When Steve Rogers aka Captain America aka Chris Evans enters the screen... (his chest man.. his chest! even though he's a fossil , he's hawt sia)
  I swear I heard the whole cinema just let out a breath of admiration with me (yes girls, you know who you are xD) Like lol. how do I put it? instant orgasm? okay lol no, that sounds too wrong. hahahha.
But YEP. He's hawt. (totally sorry if you want a complete movie review but hahaha, my hormones took over ) 

oH YeaH, one thing. I didn't get why black widow and captain america didn't just get together (will they eventually? x) ) . lol, first kiss since 1945 sia.. ngaww he's first kiss -since 1945-  GONE.
lol moving on.. Oh yeah, I wanted to cry so baddd when he was talking to peggy T^T .
 
Other than that... oh yeah, Nick Fury's car has a god darned sense of humor sia. Not to mention long lasting air conditioning xD  emm.. lol. If I were to review every part i'd just say.. overall.. it was just too awesome that I can't find words to describe it. Thank god I watched the first captain america (yes, else I'd be lost about HYDRA, BUCKY and all that)

Life's good right now :) Just great in fact. I'm gonna miss my classmate turned colleagues ..  (T^T)

Kick start to life 2 -Days as a waitress part 2

   There wasn't much customers today at old town so much of my time is used to fool around with the staff . And yes, disturb some of them as well. haha,  I was messing around with the DING-DING thing (yes, the bell at the counter) .

Results for tangan gatal gi usik benda tu? 
I got the Abang Chef to run out from the kitchen looking alert as hell xD After he realized it was me,  He just stopped and took the nearest object (I think it's a packet of MEE) and threatened to throw it at me. Just god darned priceless sia. xD (sorry abang chef! but yes, I'd do it again :P)

 Was working with a waiter named Min from Myanmar yesterday. You'd be surprise at how seriously they treat their work. He shared his views on how it irritated him when customers call for waiters using those "lip puckering/suckering" sounds. Like calling pets -_-  . We stand on same ground about the annoying sound people make to catch our attention -_- ,
      c'mon la dei, can't you say EXCUSE ME?


  Like that wasn't enough, one of the customers called me a myanmar lady. And I don't know what happened but I just shot back at his statement with a "I'm a local chinese lady thank you very much -_-"
Who knew I had a chinese pride in me :3 But yep, that chinese uncle was such a god darned nuisance
